Smoking

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment,
but it is allowed in the terrasse in front of the kitchen.

Cabinets

In the kitchen, living room and in the bedrooms there are cabinets and drawers that you can use during your stay to store your clothes and objects. However, some portions of cabinets and drawers are reserved for private purposes. Please do not use them and do not touch the objects contained therein. If the space available is not sufficient and you need more space, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Garbage

Separate collection in the municipality of La Spezia provides for recycling the following waste: – paper – plastic and metals – organic – glass – other.
We therefore we kindly ask for you to separate waste accordingly and to leave it outside in the terrasse. We will take care of them according to the municipal collection rules.
