In the bedrooms
Each room is equipped with pillowcases, sheets and blankets. In case of long stay, you get new sheets every 4 days.
In the bathrooms
At the beginning of the stay each guest receives a towel set that includes a guest towel, a medium towel and a shower towel. The towels are changed on the fourth day of the stay. Each bathroom is equipped with toilet paper, hand and face soap, intimate hygiene soap, and, in the shower, body wash soap and shampoo. In the apartment you’ll find also a hairdryer.
Kitchen tools
The kitchen is equipped with induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, You will also find everything you need to prepare and serve your meals: plates, cutlery, glasses, cups, pots, pans, dining table, tea towels, etc.
Ironing
In case of need, iron and ironing board are available in the apartment.

In the living room you will find an Android tablet, which you can use to easily consult this guide and for other online searches.

In the apartment and in the plastic cupboard in the veranda you will find a portable hoover, a broom, a stick, a bucket and standard cleaning equipment.
Air conditioning
Air conditioning is installed in the bedrooms and living room to cool the rooms during the summer season.
Heating
The gas boiler, located outside in the small balcony on the first floor, is operated by a smart Honeywell thermostat. The temperature is pre-programmed and can be temporarily modified using the touch screen display of the smart thermostat.
