Check-in
Check-in between 3pm and 10pm, upon appointment made at least one day in advance by message/telephone.
Since we do not live in the same premises, you are gently asked to confirm the exact time about an hour in advance on the day of your arrival.
You will be shown the rooms and facilities of the apartment. We will also provide information regarding the neighborhood, the city and the main touristic places. And of course, we’ll be glad to provide any advice you may find useful to enjoy your days here at best.
Early arrival
If you arrive before 3pm and would like an early check-in or baggage drop off, please let me know at least a day in advance. We will do my best to find the most convenient solution.
Late arrival
In case of delays or late arrival, please contact me as soon as possible to make a new appointment. Late check-in is allowed only upon previous agreement. Extra fees may apply after 10pm.
Personal data
In accordance with municipal and public safety regulations, at the check-in you will be asked to provide identification information of each guest, to be communicated to the police authorities. In order to facilitate the check-in procedure, you may send in advance a message or email including, for each guest, the following data:
1) first name and family name
2) day of birth
3) place of birth
4) address of residence
5) nationality
The second bedroom
The second bedroom has a double bed that can be arranged as two independent single beds
Please let us know with sufficient notice if you prefer the two single beds option
Arriving by train ?
We advise you to get off at La Spezia Migliarina station, which is 1.1 km away. We advise you to reach us on foot (13 minutes, directions), or by taxi (fares).
If you get off at La Spezia Centrale station, you can get to the flat by taxi (price) or by bus (Line C/SC, get off at bus stop Italia and then walk 3 minutes).
Arriving by car or motorbike?
If you arrive by car or motorbike, it is usually easier to find a parking space at the back of the building (directions with Google Maps and Waze). If you use your personal navigation system, set La Spezia as the destination city and Piazza Armando Femiano as the address. The photo below shows where you can park temporarily and unload your luggage on arrival, and also the private car park (paid service) that you can use during your stay:
If you choose private parking you will also receive the remote control to access the flat from this entrance as well
