Check-out

Check-out must be completed before 10am on the day of departure to allow adequate preparation of the apartment for subsequent guests.

In case of breakage of objects or any damage to the apartment, a penalty equal to 100% of the cost of the repair or 80% of the value of the object will be applied (if not easily repairable or completely repairable).

Remember also to return the electronic card. In case of loss, a penalty fee of € 40 is applied.
